: 맥아피 안티바이러스와 같은 백신 때문입니다. 이전에 설치한 적이 있을 경우에도 마찬가지로 발생하므로 링크의 완전삭제를 위한 툴을 사용해서 제거해야 합니다.

Issue

When installing our software, you will get an Internal 2738 error.

Cause

An unregistered DLL or a conflict with McAfee Antivirus or a prior installation of McAfee. When McAfee is uninstalled it may leave residual traces that can affect installs.

Solution

Certain Anti-Virus programs have been known to affect the registration of a particular dll.
If you had McAfee Anti-Virus in the past (even if you have uninstalled it will leave some trace components on the computer), please use this McAfee tool to remove it completely:
